Jarred salsa can be good (Trader Joe's Chunky Salsa is my fav!), but homemade salsa is ah-mazing!¬†You will need tomatoes (I used Roma), a white onion, a jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, lime juice (fresh squeezed is best!), salt, and pepper.
